Horus Virginia Solar 1, LLC provided a revised Notice of Intent (NOI) to DEQ for the “Bellringer Solar” project, project number RE0000348, originally published in the Town Hall on April 11, 2025 (https://townhall.virginia.gov/L/ViewNotice.cfm?gnid=3090). The purpose of the revision is to change the name of the in the project, which is now Beckett Solar. As noted in the previous NOI, Horus Virginia Solar 1, LLC intends to submit the necessary documents for a permit by rule for this small renewable energy project (solar) in Clarke County, pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60. Beckett Solar Project will be located at 1030 Bellringer Lane, Berryville, Virginia on two parcels identified as Clarke County Parcel Nos. 13-A-13 and 13-A-56. The site includes approximately 400 acres and the approximate centroid of the site is 39.1592514°, -78.0173807°. The proposed project will utilize approximately 117,740 solar panels.
